Jenny has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She leads the administrative operations for Compass and the onboarding process.

Jenny has spent her career in the finance industry working at State Street Corporation. There, Jenny worked as an Account Manager in Mutual Fund Operations, an Assistant Vice President in Global Fund Services, and a Vice President, Director of Communications in Corporate Compliance. Prior, Jenny worked at Federated Investors, Investors Bank & Trust.

Jenny received a BS in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.
